Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops
1 orange, juiced and zested
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
White rice, cooked according to package instructions

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, melted butter, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and shake to coat the pork chops evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
5. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
6. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
7. Serve the pork chops with cooked white rice on the side.
