No Return, No Refund Policy – Rescheduling Only

1. General Policy

At The Cleaning Company, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. All sales are final. By booking and paying for our services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return, No Refund Policy.


2. No Returns or Exchanges

Once payment is made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Residential Cleaning

Commercial Cleaning

 Specialized Cleaning Services

 Bundles 

 

3. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances for any cleaning service package or bundle packaging. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately, and we will work to address your concerns.

For merchandise we do offer a 14 day return policy, please have item unused, and in the original package. For more information contact us below with the details of your return.


Promo Validity

Promotions tied to specific holidays or events are only valid on the exact date of the event.

Promotions cannot be redeemed outside of their valid timeframe.

Discounts cannot be combined (e.g., a promotional sale with a recommendation discount).

If an invalid purchase is made, the value will be issued as a gift card for use on our website.


4. Chargebacks and Bank Fees

4.1 Chargeback Policy

If a chargeback is initiated by the customer, The Cleaning Company reserves the right to dispute it. If deemed invalid, we will pursue recovery of all associated fees.

4.2 Fee Structure

Customers initiating an invalid chargeback will be charged a $35 fee to cover:

5. Rescheduling Appointments

5.1 Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. To reschedule your appointment, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.

5.2 Rescheduling Fee

rescheduling fee may apply if the request is made less than 1 hour before the scheduled service time.

5.3 Confirmation of Rescheduled Appointments

Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received. If you reschedule, your appointment is only confirmed after applicable fees are paid and a new confirmation notice is issued.


6. Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are only confirmed once a paid invoice is received. Prompt payment is required to secure your service time.

8. Service Arrival and Access

8.1 Service Areas and Arrival Time

Due to the wide coverage of our service areas across Long Island, allow 2-4 hours for our cleaners to arrive. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Access to Scheduled Location

If our cleaners arrive and are denied entry to the scheduled location without prior notice (24-hour minimum), the service will be considered redeemed and non-refundable.


9. Additional Charges

9.1 Extra Time Charges

If additional time is required beyond the purchased package, extra charges will apply unless previously arranged.


10. Fraudulent Activities

10.1 Reporting Bad Payments

Fraudulent transactions or bad payments will be reported to the authorities immediately. No refund will be issued for such transactions.


10.2 Third-Party Purchases

Any purchases made through third-party services (e.g., Affirm, Shop) must be handled directly with those providers. The Cleaning Company is not responsible for their transactions.


11. Service Satisfaction

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours of completion, and we will work to resolve your concerns.
